Bidding is so much per acre. Successful bidder will be required to pay $25,000 down per parcel in nonrefundable earnest money and sign an offer to purchase with no contingencies within 24 hours of end of auction. 3% Buyers premium applies. Sold subject to owners approval. Balance will be due at closing on or before April 5, 2019. Property is sold in its “as is” condition, with all its faults.
