To place a bid, bidders enter their “maximum” bid and click the “Place Bid” button. Each time that bidder is outbid by another bidder, the system will automatically bid on their behalf at the established bid increments up to their maximum. The system will advance the bid (by the bid increments) only when the bidder is outbid by another bidder, up to the bidder’s max. The system will not advance a bidder’s own bid. Payment Terms
A 10% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction. At that time, the purchase contract will be signed and the process will move towards closing on the property. Any winning bidder who does not complete the transaction will be charged a 10% fee as well as the 5% buyer's premium.
Title shall be transferred at the closing of the sale. Closing of the sale shall be within 60 days of the conclusion of the auction. Buyer and seller may choose to extend or reduce this timeframe if both are in agreement in writing.
