You must pay your invoice from seller within 48 hours, PayPal only accepted. If payment is not received within 48 hours of auction close, items become property of auction house. Shipping is from PA 18302 and at lowest cost to bidder with a 10% surcharge applied to all invoices. If you are picking up, invoices must still be paid via PayPal prior to pick up. No cash is exchanged on pick up. All PA residents pay 6% sales tax unless you have a valid tax exemption form on file with Manda Company LLC prior to bidding.
