1} Payments will be processed with the credit card on file after auction is complete. New Life Auction reserves the right to hold winning bid items until payment has been cleared. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. Loss of Bidding Privileges: If you have failed to pay for an item, or failed to timely pick-up items, your bidding privileges can be revoked. Your privileges may be restored by paying for the item and by placing a credit card on permanent file where future purchases will automatically be charged.
The winning bidder is responsible for arranging removal of the item. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. No help is available on site. Bring tools to remove and dissamble the lift as well as the appropriate help please. Item must be picked up in New Castle, IN. Address will be given to winning bidder. Pickup needs to be arranged and item needs removed no later than Monday, Nov. 25th by 7 PM Due to Space Constraints, any items not picked up within allotted time will become forfeited and property of New Life Auction and Sales Center to Resell or Donate as we see fit.
