Martin & Rutt Auctioneers will not have any staff able to help load. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any damages to the home that occur removing their pieces from the homeowner's property. Buyer will bring any blankets, straps, or boxes they need to help secure their pieces. Martin & Rutt Auctioneers will not have any packing or tie-downs at the pickup time. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up and will forfeit their right to claim the property. Unclaimed lots can result in a $25 removal fee depending on the size of the lot Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw any property before sale and shall have no liability for such withdrawal.
