ONLINE AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Please read these terms carefully before bidding, as your participation is legally binding. Registering for our auctions constitutes acceptance of these terms, which may change based on individual sales.

** Payment Terms **
– Your card on file will be charged at auction close unless alternate payment arrangements are made.
– Purchases over $500 may require a $500 deposit on your card, with the balance payable via cash or wire transfer.
– Chargebacks are not permitted; a $10 fee applies to declined transactions.
– Keep your payment info updated on your HiBid profile.
** Shipping Policy **
– All items will be shipped unless other arrangements are made. Please note we do not offer free shipping.
– A packaging fee applies per box if the items need to be repackaged, with exceptions for smaller items like coins or cards ($1 per envelope).
– We will combine lots for shipping unless otherwise specified. Oversized items may be handled by a local UPS store, with all costs charged to your card.
- Do not arrive onsite to pickup your items, as you will be turned away!
** Auction Process **
– Our auctions feature a staggered closing to aid in bidding on multiple items.
– In the event of technical issues with our site, auctions may be extended. This does not include buyer-side issues.
– All auctions include both a max bid option and a soft close.
** Additional Fees **
– $10 reprocessing fee for denied credit cards.
– $25 non-removal fee per lot left behind, plus disposal costs.
– Repeated tardiness or non-payment may result in revoked bidding privileges.
** Important Reminders **
– Sales tax applies unless a valid ST-105 tax exemption form is provided.
– All items are sold "as-is, where-is." All sales are final and non-refundable.
– Use of our photos and descriptions without permission is prohibited.
– Bid retractions are not allowed, except at the auctioneer’s discretion.
