| Payment Terms |
1. All winning bids will require payment before items are removed from the sale location. There is a 3.5% surcharge on all credit card purchases. If you wish to pay cash (NO CHECKS) at pick-up, there will be NO surchage applied. All credit cards must be brought to the pick-up location to be charged before removal of items. For buyer's requiring shipping, please contact us at wbauctioneerservice@gmail.com to request shipment after receiving invoice.
2. All unpaid/unclaimed winning bids will be charged to the card on file the day following the scheduled pick-up. We will not charge the card on file until after the scheduled pick-up, giving buyers a chance to pay cash to avoid the 3.5% credit card surcharge. Buyers have ten (10) business days after completion of sale to pick-up winning bids, unless prior arrangements have been made. After ten (10) business days, the items will be forfeited to WB Auctioneer Service.

4. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit/debit card, including buyer's premium, surcharges, sales tax, or shipping costs. No items will be removed until they have been paid for. Buyer is responsible for removal of all purchased lots. Unclaimed items will be re-sold, unless prior arrangements have been made.
