All must register upon entry. Liquidation of remaining inventory, everything must go! Furniture, Lamps, Fine Rugs, Art and Accessories All sales are final. Invoices must be paid prior to removal of items and must be paid daily. No invoices will be carried over to the next auction day.
15% buyer's premium and sales tax will be added to all invoices. If you are tax exempt please present your tax exemption upon check in. Terms are cash, check or credit card (+5% fee). All invoices must be paid in full daily before removing items from the building. There will be no internet bidding.
