If you plan to pay cash, please have a letter from your bank addressed to Martin Auction to verify funding. Online Only Auction begins closing at 10 am on November 23, 2024. IMPORTANT: LOAD-OUT is ONE DAY ONLY, Tuesday Nov 26 from 10am to 3 pm. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties. Payment for personal property is via Credit card. Please see the real estate contract for terms and details regarding the real estate. 15% buyer premium on all personal property 5% buyer permium on the real estate All prospective bidders wishing to participate in the real estate auction are required to submit a bank approval letter indicating their approved bidding limit. The submission must be received by Wednesday, the 20th. 10% downpayment on the real estate. Buyer will enter into a written real estate contract with the Seller. Taxes will be prorated to the closing date. Seller will provide the buyer with a title policy insuring good title. This sale is not contingent upon the bidders ability to obtain financing.
