Wainscott Auction Service is pleased to begin 2025 with part two of a two-part series. This auction continues to represent a lifetime collection, featuring more of the whimsy, with vintage Halloween masks, vintage comics, children's toys including the iconic Oscar Mayer Wiener Mobile Children's Car, L.G.B. Christmas train set, Mad Magazines and a variety of local memorabilia from the University of Notre Dame and the City of LaPorte. Original art from sculptor Leonard Howard and painter Bernard Buffet, Navajo hand-woven rugs & pottery, Acoma Pueblo Pottery, Jemez Pueblo Pottery and pieces from Roseville, Hager and Kinsey Kremer. Antique bookends and books by authors such as Dickens, H.B. Stowe, De Balzac, Melville, Holman, Gulliver, and Saroyan and others, Furniture from primitive to Midcentury and mid-century modern from designers including Marshfield Furniture, Dixie, Linenfold and Flexsteel in addition to a wonderful array of home decor for every pallet, can be found in this week's over 700 lots. Also offered is stereo equipment from BANG & OLUFSEN and DENON, vintage camera equipment, home care tools from Bissell, Stihl, Eden Pure and Barracuda as well as coins, textiles, jewelry, and clocks. The auction ends on Saturday, January 4, at 7:00 PM EST. Pick up will be on Sunday 1/5/25 from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM EST at Crown Event Center, New Carlisle, IN.
