Terms & Conditions Please read these terms and conditions in full prior to bidding on any item. Bidding on any item acknowledges your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions. Registration All information provided by the bidder/buyer during the registration process must be current, complete, and accurate. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older. Bidders are approved solely at our discretion. Credit card information must be entered prior to registration. Bidding All items are sold with no reserve to the highest bidder. Any estimate provided is for the buyer’s convenience only. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from the sale for any reason prior to the auction. All bids are per lot, unless otherwise noted. Bidders are encouraged to enter their maximum bid to provide the best chance of winning. Condition All items are sold "AS IS", with all faults, imperfections, and errors. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph all items, but we make no guarantee as to the authenticity or condition of any item. You are encouraged to inspect all items and ask questions before bidding. If you are unsure of the suitability, function, or condition of any item, you are encouraged not to bid. All sales are final. Firearms We are a licensed FFL dealer and abide by all state and federal laws as to the purchase of firearms. Unless explicitly noted as an antique, blackpowder, or air gun, all firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer or picked up in store where a background check must be passed to take possession of the firearm. Purchasers wishing to have a firearm shipped must provide a current FFL license. Licenses must be sent to FFL@BuffaloGapOutfitters.com within 48 hours of the auction close date. A C&R license will be accepted on qualified items. The purchaser must be 18 years of age or older for long guns and 21 years of age or older for handguns. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any firearm for any reason. A $15 fee will be charged for the transfer of each firearm picked up at our facility. We are not responsible for the transfer fee charged for any firearm that is shipped to another FFL dealer. Sales Tax Sales tax will be charged in accordance with the sales tax laws of your state unless a valid sales tax exemption is provided. Pickup/Shipping All items for pickup must be picked up during the designated pickup times. All items not picked up within the designated pickup time will be considered forfeit and will not be eligible for refund. You must notify us within 24 hours of the auction end date if an item will require shipment. All buyers will be charged actual shipping cost plus a $10 handling and packaging fee. The buyer assumes responsibility for any items lost or damaged in shipping. Payments All buyer will be charged in full to the credit card listed at registration at the auctions conclusion.
