- Must have a FOID card and ID to bid on firearms and ammunition.
- 10% Buyers Premium applied to all transactions.
- Accepting Cash, Credit Card, or IL Check on day of auction. 4% Convenience Fee added to Credit Cards payment types.
- There is a full 3-day holding period for all guns. The 72-hour Waiting Period will begin after the buyer fills out a 4473 Transfer Form with MMI Guns and their background check has been run. It does NOT necessarily begin the day of the auction.

- Bidder may need a gun sock/sleeve/case when picking up their firearm(s) to transport the gun legally.
- There are NO REFUNDS if the buyers FOID card comes back rejected after the background check.
- The name on the bidder registration MUST match the name on the firearm transfer paperwork. The same person must also be the one picking up the firearms after the waiting period.
- Every item is being sold "AS IS"; there are absolutely no returns or reimbursements under any circumstances.
- Sale day announcements take precedence over printed material.
- This is a LIVE auction, must be present to bid. NO online bidding.
- All firearms and ammo will be available to view, in person, the day of the auction.
- There will be NO personal firearms or conceal/carry allowed at the auction.
