1. Real property is sold in AS IS WHERE IS condition with no warranty 2. Sale of this property is not contingent upon buyer financing or appraisal 3. The sellers reserve and starting price shall be $225,000.00 (Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars) 4. A 5% deposit of the winning bid price is due from the winning bidders within 48 hours of the auctions conclusion. This deposit is non- refundable.
