Buyer’s Premium - (10% cash or 12% card) Card payments will have a 12% Buyer's Premium collected on each item purchased during this on-line auction to determine your final contract purchase price. Technical Issues - McGinnis Auction & Appraisal Services reserve the right to pausw, cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures and McGinnis Auction & Appraisal Services can not accept or will not accept any responsibility for any technical failures during this auction. Payment - Final payment due at auction closing on all purchases. The credit card used at registration will be processed at the end of the sale. There will be no personal checks accepted for this auction. You may pay CASH or use another card at pick-up if you send the auctioneer a note prior to the end of the sale. Non Payment - Bidders who fail to make full payment after being notified they are the winning bidder will be reported to HiBid and will no longer be allowed to bid at any of our future live or online auctions. Buyers must make their own arrangements for shipping. Bidder is doing so at thier own risk and expense. This means that the company or person you hire to pick up must be onsite to retrieve your items during the allotted pick times. No exceptions. If having items shipped via a third party shipper the Auction Company will require another payment method such as wire transfer prior to items being shipped or further verification of identity. Loading / Pickup - Buyers are to bring boxes, packing materials and all manpower as needed to disassemble and load purchased items. If tools are needed for disassembly or removal the buyer will need their own tools, including dolly or other equipment required to remove & transport items from the auction site. The auction company cannot assist in loading of purchased items. NO auction staff can move items for you. Failure to Pickup - All items of personal property must be paid for and removed from the auction site by the end of the pickup schedule. Bidders failing to pick up items by the times specified agree they will be charged the full purchase amount plus all premiums on the credit card on file and used during the bidder registration. All actions requiring the collection of insufficient funds will be handled by whatever legal means available in the State of Indiana. If you do not pick up your items, they are considered to be abandoned. The auction company can dispose as they see fit of any and all items, Disputes & Collections - Any disputes or collections will be filed or settled in the Courts of Clark County, Indiana.
