AT 7 PM THE FIRST LOT WILL CLOSE AND EVERY 15 SECONDS AFTER THAT A LOT WILL CLOSE. IF A LOT RECEIVES A BID IN THE 2-MINUTES THAT IT IS CLOSING IT WILL EXTEND THE BIDDING ON THE LOT AN ADDTIONAL 2-MINUTES. *In the case of a tie bid the max bidder or first one to place the bid will be the winner. *Buyer is responsible for picking up there purchased items on the scheduled auction pick up day and bringing loading help to pick up the items. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. *Auction Pick Up is 04/18/2024 from 1-6pm. *All invoices must be paid prior or at the auction pick up. * All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Buyer's premium rate charged. - 15% *IN SALES TAX - 7% will be added to the final sale price of all items unless bidder is tax exempt. *SALES TAX NOTICE: Exempt Bidders MUST make Auction Company aware of their Tax Exempt status & submit a copy of their valid Indiana sales tax certificate BEFORE the auction starts. Their business hours are as follows: Tuesday- Saturday 9 A.M.-6 P.M. Please bring your I.D. and your invoice for verification. Buyers must purchase the firearms with their own account. Firearms will only be transferred to the buyer's name found on the invoice. *A working phone number MUST be provided. If we are unable to contact you via phone, text or email this could cause you to be declined from all future auctions.
