Payments for online auctions are Visa, MC, Discover and Am. Express. 5% buyers premium will be charged on all purchases. If for any reason payment is unable to processed with this card your account could be suspended. To reinstate your account, full payment for your outstanding invoice, a $20.00 service charge and any other applicable charges and fees must be paid. 1. You must be registered in order to bid. 2. According to Federal Uniform commercial code (UCC2-238) At the closing of each auction item there is a legal binding contract for the purchase of the item and the buyer shall be responsible for safe guarding their purchased items from the public such as during pick-up time. Dieken Auction recommends being on site as quickly as possible. 6. Buyers are responsible for the moving, packing, boxing and loading of all items purchased. This means providing your own truck, packing material, boxes, bags,tools and labor/help to load your own vehicle. Dieken Auction cannot provide or insure assistance for loading of your items. 7. Dieken Auction staff reserve the right to bid on and purchase merchandise. 8. All items must be picked up at the specific times stated per the terms and conditions. Unless you have made specific arrangements with Dieken Auction prior to conclusion of auction, there will be a $20.00 per day, per lot charge on any items not picked up in the allotted time. These fees will be charged to your credit card on file everyday for 7 calendar days and after 7 calendar days, your forfeited items become the property of Dieken Auction Service and may be sold again at a future auction or discarded based on Dieken Auction discretion. Dieken Auction will retain 100% of the sold price along with the 15% buyers premium. All storage fees will apply and be charged even if the items have been considered forfeited. 9. There is a 15% buyers premium to the hammer price to all lots online. 10. All of our online only auctions are conducted using soft close. This means even if an item is scheduled to close at a particular time, if someone places a bid in the last two minutes, two minutes will be added to the scheduled close time for that particular lot. The time extension will continue to occur every time a bid is placed until there are at least two minutes with no additional bids. 11. Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and resale any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final.
