Vicary Auctions will be at the Auction location,7420 E U.S. Hwy 36, Coatesville, INDIANA, 46121 (Groveland) for a short amount of time after the auction is over. We will also be at the auction location Monday, May 6, 2024 from 10 am til 4 pm for items needing to be picked up and paid for. Shipping will be done USPS Priority Mail for smaller purchases and a THIRD PARTY SHIPPER will be used for larger items and quantities. All Items purchased online will need to be paid for first. Once your balance has been satisfied we will then figure the shipping with USPS for smaller items and a THIRD PARTY SHIPPER for larger items, then shipping cost must be paid before we ship the item. The internet company (hibid) that you registered with will pass your credit card information on to us, unpaid invoices will be sent when the auction has ended. Credit cards will be ran starting on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 for items purchased and then again for shipping cost when that is firgured. If items are not paid for Vicary Auctions reserves the right to block unpaid bidders from bidding in future auctions. Auction Staff will be at auction location, 7420 E. U.S. Hwy 36, Coatesville, Indiana, 46121 for anyone wanting/needing to pick items up FOR A SHORT TIME AFTER AUCTION END and Monday, May 6, from 10 am EST until 4 PM EST. Valid Photo ID required for registration. The majority of our items will sell with no reserve; however, there are times that a reserve may be necessary. Vicary Auctioneers will announce there is a reserve before the item is auctioned if a reserve has been placed on an item. Vicary Auctions reserves the right to sell at public auction (minus normal sales commission) any property left in storage over 30 days. 10% buyer's permium for all in house Bidders 15% buyer's premium for phone, absentee and online Bidders 7% Indiana Sales Tax 3% credit card fee Prefer cash payments from In House Bidders. Payments Accepted in the form of cash, MasterCard or Visa (3% convenience fee for use of MC/Visa). We should receive your credit card information you registed with from HiBid. Your credit card will be ran on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 for items won during auction. Please be sure funds are available. Out of state checks require a bank letter of credit for any amounts over $5,000 $50 returned check fee will be charged on any returned checks. $25 fee for credit card declines. This creates extra work and must be reimbursed for that. No exceptions.
