Any participation in the auction binds you to an agreement of these Terms. ALL SALES ARE FINAL . Bidding: By bidding on an item, you are entering into a binding legal contract. Condition: Item condition and description: The property is sold in "as is, where is" condition and without recourse, and neither the Auction house nor the consignor makes any representation of warranties, express or implied, as to catalogue description, attribution, authenticity, provenance, origin, size, age or condition of any of the property offered for sale. It is the responsibility of the purchaser, prior to the auction, to examine the property and make determination as to the value, condition, description, authenticity, provenance, origin, size, and age of the property. We do not accept returns. We would be glad to take additional photos or to answer any questions about the items we offer for auction. All items sell as is where is without warranty. If you place a winning bid, your card will be charged shortly after the conclusion of the auction. -Sale order subject to change before auction. 1. This is a live and webcast auction. If you plan to bid online, you must be registered on one of our online platforms. 2. You MUST register for a bidder number to bid online, including those who have permanent bidder numbers for our on-site auctions. Click on the "Register to Bid" tab and follow the directions. A valid credit card is required to obtain a bidder number. A $1.00 charge will be placed on your card for validation purposes only. This charge will be credited back to you. You will receive an email once your registration has been approved and you will then be able to place bids. Online bid submissions are a legal binding contract, in which you agree to pay the amount you bid if you are the winning bidder. Under no circumstances will bids be edited/cancelled. DO NOT bid if you DO NOT intend to purchase. 5. Upon completion of the sale, you will receive an electronic invoice identifying lot(s) purchased and balance due. 6. The credit card you enter at the time of registration WILL BE CHARGED AT THE COMPLETION OF THE SALE. We reserve the right to charge all non-paying bidders and they will be reported to online bidding platforms. All items must be picked up by May 11th. If items are still on the grounds after dusk on May 11th, $50 charge per lot. If the scheduled pick up times DO NOT work for you, please contact us PRIOR to placing bids to ensure we can accommodate you. Purchases not removed by dusk on May 11th will be considered abandoned and become property of the auction company unless prior accomodations have been discussed with the auctioneers. 10. Shipping not available. We are able to accomodate buyers sending trucks from out of state. Please let us know ahead of time. 12. All items sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties beyond what is implied. No refunds or returns. 13. Auction company, auctioneers, and staff are not responsible for no shows.
