Soft Close: The auction program has a soft close feature designed to stagger the close of each lot by 10 seconds. However, if a bid is received within 2 minutes from the closing time, that particular lot is extended an additional 2 minutes. This action will repeat itself until bidding has ceased for at least 2 minutes. This provides bidders with a true auction method and not last second sniping as seen on other sites like ebay. Auction Preview: Wednesday, May 15th Noon - 5p, and Saturday May 18th Noon - 4p, or by appointment only. Call Ales Auction Services @ 309/242-0617 to set an appointment. If you submit a bid without attending a preview, you agree and accept the posted photo(s) as your preview. The buyer relies exclusively on their pre - auction inspection and all lots are sold with all faults and defects within. The location of the auction is 1345 County Road 2250E, Roanoke, Illinois. Registration: You must register online to bid in this auction. Follow the simple steps on the auction site to register. If you do not have internet capabilities, call between 8a CST and 8p CST for assistance. If unknown to Ales Auction Services, ALL BIDDERS will be required to electronically send a photo of their government issued ID as proof of person. Failure to do so will disqualify you from participating in the auction. Auction Terms and Conditions: All items are sold AS IS with no guarantees, warranties, or representations expressed or implied. All internet purchases in excess of $1,000.00 must be made via wire transfer. Transfer fee is $10.00. A 5% fee is added to all credit card charges when the card is not present. If card is present, fee is 3%. No chargebacks are accepted. Bidders who chargeback will be permanently banned from our sales. There is a 5% buyer premium. If it has a red prohibition sign over the truck, then shipping is not available for that item. Call if you are unsure. Once you have paid your shipping invoice, you will receive tracking information via email. Auctioneer is not responsible for loss or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.
