Bidding & Soft Close: Bidding of 1st lot will end at 4:00PM on Thursday May 16th 2024 with each subsequent lot closing 30 seconds after the prior lot. A soft close will be used. If a bid is received in the last 2 minutes of the lot offering the lot will be extended another 2 minutes--PLEASE note this will not affect the other items in the sale. You can bid each time yourself or simply enter a max bid and the auction software will bid competitively up to your maximum. In the event of tied maximum bid, the winner will be the bidder with the bid entered first.
All invoices totaling $4,000 or less will be charged to credit/debit card on file at the conclusion of the auction. Invoices of $4,000 or more may be paid via cash, check, credit/or debit card, or wire transfer. All invoices must be paid in full prior to pick-up or no later than May 20th @ 4PM
Pick-up Saturday May 18th th from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at 1311 Laymon Rd, New Vienna, OH, 45159. Item pick-up requiring appointment by auctioneer at any other date will be a $20 surcharge to buyer, paid at time appointment is made. Any lots remaining on site after May 19, 2024 will be forfeited with no money returned to buyer unless you have made previous arrangements with auctioneers.
