Terms and Conditions

All lots and items are sold as is. You as the bidder are responsible to come and view the items for exact condition. The pictures online are generalized to give you an idea of what you are bidding on. Previewing is available Weds thru Sun weekly from 10:00am to 6:00pm in our retail store. Some items ship, some do not... please see individual lots for shipping availability. $5.00 per lot handling/packaging charge plus actual shipping cost. Buyers premium of 15%. Additional 3% for credit cards. No checks. Pennsylvania sales tax of 6% applies to all taxable items unless we are provided with proper valid tax exempt paperwork. Items must be picked up within 7 days of auction end, unless other arrangements have been made with us. Winning items not picked up or shipped after 15 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of the auction company.
