This auction is being held on multiple auction sites, you may be bidding against other bidders on other sites. The final bid is not determined until a lot closes.
If you make a purchase of gold or silver for more than $1,000.00, the auction house will require payment be made by certified funds, money order, or wire transfer.
Purchase of item does NOT include shipping.
1) PAYMENT TERMS: ALL CREDIT CARDS ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED once the auction closes, unless otherwise specified. Invoices that are larger than $1,000.00 may be required to send payment through wire transfer or bank check, and you may be required to provide additional buyer identification: Any Invoice over $2,500.00 required to send payment through wire transfer or bank check. License, credit card, and or photo id must be provided, address on your license, credit card and shipping must all match! Auctioneer reserves the right to require wire transfer for ANY purchase for ANY reason.
2) PICKUP: Won Items can be picked up by appointment only at 1801 Union Blvd, Ste 105, Allentown.
SCHEDULE: You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via Shippingsaint.com, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped. If you require a different pick up time than what is offered, please contact us at 215-444-5353.
When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick up the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) may be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees.
3) SHIPPING: Most items can be shipped for an additional handling fee and postage fee. Shipping is done in house after local pick ups are completed. Please select shipping from the Shippingsaint.com link to be put into the queue. You will be sent an email quote for your shipping charges. Depending your settings, these emails may got into your spam folder. Please note that we are unable to ship large pieces, such as furniture, but we are happy to offer recommendations for shippers.
If you fail to pay for the shipping of the item, you agree by accepting our terms and conditions that you consent to your items being resold at a commission of 35% plus lotting fee.
4) Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to be accurate and describe all items to the best of our knowledge. Many times we rely on information from the consigner. If you have any questions regarding an item in this auction please call or email us.
Authenticity: Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller make any warranties of any kind with respect to any item in this auction. In no event shall auction house or seller be held responsible for implying any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, etc. All weights and measurements are approximate.
5) All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time.
All PA residents are subject to the Pennsylvania 6 % sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a sales tax exemption number and fills out the Pennsylvania Exempt Certificate. Exemption numbers from other states are accepted in PA if presented with a business card or letterhead. Dealers, museums, and other qualifying parties can apply for a Pennsylvania exemption number prior to the auction by contacting the Pennsylvania Department of State
6) Some of the lots in this sale are offered subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price agreed upon by the consignor and Searchlight Auction Company below which the lot will not be sold. In most cases, the reserve will be set below the estimated range, but in no case will it exceed the estimates listed. A representative of Searchlight Auction Company will execute such reserves by bidding for the consignor. In any event and whether or not a lot is subject to a reserve, the auctioneer may reject any bid not commensurate with the value of such lot.
Except as provided in paragraph above, the highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser and may also, at his or her election, withdraw the lot or re-offer the lot for sale.
7) Successful bidders will have a buyers premium equal to 21% of the final bid price. Credit cards on file will be charged within 24 hours of the auction closing( a 3% processing fee will be applied). Pennsylvania sales tax will apply to all sold lots unless the buyer is tax exempt. If buyer is tax exempt, please email tax exempt form to svauction@live.com prior to the start of the sale. if you wish to pay in cash please let us know prior to the sale date. Checks will be accepted from known bidders and made out to Searchlight Auction.
8) These conditions of sale shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The buyer/bidder agrees that any suit for the enforcement of this agreement may be brought, and any action against Searchlight Auction Company in connection with the transactions contemplated by this agreement shall be brought, in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any federal court sitting therein. The bidder/buyer consents to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waives objections that it may now or hereafter have to the venue of any such suit.

1. IF YOU ARE A NEW BIDDER YOUR PURCHASE MAY BE HELD UNTIL ALL AVENUES HAVE BEEN EXHAUSTED AND VERIFIED THROUGH PAYPAL, LIVE AUCTION COMPANIES, AND CREDIT CARD PROCESSORS.
2. IF YOUR PURCHASE IS OVER $1,000.00, ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION MAY BE REQUIRED FOR PAYMENTS WITH GUARANTEED FUNDS UNLESS YOU ARE KNOWN TO US.

Invoices will be sent upon completion of the auction. All accounts will be paid in full via credit card through HiBid. 21% buyers premium, 3% fee for credit card, 6% state sales tax for PA residents unless provided with current state sales tax exemption certificate
If you wish to pay with a check or cash (please bring exact amount due) you must contact us via email PRIOR to the auction close time, you will not be charged the credit card 3% processing fee. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON. Checks are to be made payable to our parent company Searchlight Auction. Mailed checks will NOT be recognized.
Any credit cards that are declined will be reprocessed the next day. If unable to process, cash or check will be required at pick up time or before shipping process begins.
There are Categorically no charge backs. Chargebacks will be met with the fullest extent of the law, and it is understood that if you are bidding in this auction you are bidding with the understanding that everything is AS IS. There are NO exceptions and ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Shipping / Pick Up
PICKUP YOUR ITEMS at the address on top of your invoice, 1801 Union Blvd, Ste 105 Allentown, PA Pick ups will begin on Tuesday the following the auction and continue through Saturday. Please use the shippingsaint.com link to schedule.
** If you are picking up furniture and are the winner of several large items, arrangements for pick up can be made by calling 215-444-5353.
Schedule your pick up using the Shippingsaint.com link that will be sent to winners only via email. If you are picking up furniture, bring your own labor and supplies for moving. All furniture will be on the loading dock off of E Tremont St. Scheduled pick ups by appointment only will be sent through Shippingsaint. For other times please call 215-444-5353 to make other arrangements.
There is shipping available for smaller items but shhipping for furniture is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping is done mostly in house and will begin after all pick ups are complete. For furniture or other large items, we recommend using UShip or an independent shipper, call for more details. When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees.
