Your credit card will be charged for the total invoiced amount. Shipping and handling fees will be charged to the buyer through Shipping Saint Invoicing.
Payment:
You must have a registered credit card on file before bidding. By registering to bid, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and agree and accept your credit card will be charged immediately following the auction close.
Shipping and handling will be charged separately through Shipping Saint following the auction.
Pickup Location
To be announced to winning bidders. The location is in Plymouth, Indiana.
Shortly after the auction ends, you will receive an invoice in your registered email with a list of items won.
If you can not pick up during the scheduled time, please do not bid.
Buyer’s Premium for all internet bidding is 15%.
All items are sold AS IS—absolutely NO REFUNDS or CHARGE BACKS.
You are bidding on new, previously owned, or used items and/or assorted merchandise from returns, shelf pulls, and overstocks. Some items may be new, used, damaged, missing pieces, or outdated (expired). NOTE—we do not necessarily examine items, open boxes to check for damage, and/or test items for working. We will check to see if an item(s) turns on if it is not in a sealed package.

NextGen Treasures Online Auction, at its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding or reschedule the auction closing date, and resell any items/lots affected by any malfunction or interruption of service. NextGen Auctions' decision is Final.
