Description |
1. What happens to my item(s) if I don't pick up? We have 2 days designated for pick up. If you fail to show up for your items during those designated days/times, your items will be deemed abandoned and re-sold at a future auction. You may or may not be banned from participating in future auctions. We are on a very limited time schedule. We are not a storage facility.
2. Do you offer shipping? NO! Nor do we load LTL.
3. Can I come and look at things? Yes, we prefer that you do. Please read Lot #1 For days/times.
4. I made a mistake, can you remove my bid? NO! BIDS ARE NOT RETRACTABLE. Please do us both a favor and don't even ask. We've heard every excuse out there. Bids are not retractable.
5. My card on file will not be sufficient to process my purchases. Can you change it? NO. We only have access to the card you registered with. If your card declines, you will be required to bring a card and drivers license with you to pick up to pay for purchases. If you fail to do so, you will be reported to Hi-Bid as a non paying customer and banned from participating in future auctions with us.
6. Will you be going back to "Live" in person auctions? NO
7. Do Items have a warranty? NO. Everything is sold as is, we recommend you take advantage of preview days.

10. I'm tax exempt. Please call out office to make arrangements to send us your paperwork.
11. What type of payment do you accept? Please read Lot #2
12. Where does all this stuff come from? We sell excess inventory and overstock for many different companies around the country. This product is all consigned to our auctions to be sold at auction.
13. Does the auction "end" at 12:00? No, it starts closing at 12:00. One item will close every 5 seconds, in numerical order, unless the "soft close" happens then bidding extends on those items only. The other items continue to close as scheduled. Typically an auction will take a minimum of 5-6 hours to close.
14. What happens if I do not pay my bill? You get reported to Hi Bid as a non paying bidder. Negative reports affect your bid score with Hi Bid. You will also be banned from participating in any future auctions with us.
15. What happens if my product gets damaged by a forklift driver? It is the buyers responsibility to remove his/her items once purchased. If you choose to have a forklift load product that is on a pallet, you do so at your own risk. It is very uncommon for product to be damaged during loading, but it could happen. PBA nor it's employees are responsible for any damage. We load with a forklift as a courtesy, on a first come first serve basis.
16. I missed buying something that didn't sell. Can I still buy it? No. The product you missed out on will most likely get sold at the next auction.
17. How do things sell?
Unless otherwise stated in the lot title or lot description, the following is typically how items will sell.
Decking and trim by the lineal foot.
Kitchens by the set. In the description, B=Base, W=Wall, SB=Sink base P=Pantry, OC= Oven Cabinet, WDC= Wall diagonal cabinet, WGD=Glass Wall (dream sets) To order additional pieces of SilverCreek kitchens, if available, please call Kim at 330-533-2211 - Be sure to read the item descriptions. We have multiple consignors sending kitchen cabinets. Some do not offer additional pieces.
Flooring (hardwoods, laminate, tile, etc) by the square foot
Rolls of Vinyl floor and rolls of carpet by the sq ft
Insulation by the bag ( not by the sleeve)
Tools and misc either by the piece, box or tray
Doors by the piece. LH= Left swing, RH= Right swing
Lots with A-B-C etc lots are usually (but not always) the same as the lead lot.
