Terms and Conditions: This is a ONLINE auction and bids on the internet are treated as absentee bids and uploaded and integrated into ONLINE auction. Bidding is executed on behalf of the bidder against other live or absentee bidders. We will never take your bid higher than another duly registered bidder drives it. While we try to be diligent and take email and fax bids, we strongly encourage you to call the Auction Gallery and inform us that bids have been submitted by either method. All items are sold "AS IS." We make every effort to list imperfections in our descriptions. The auctioneer's description at the time of sale is the final calling. We list gold as being "marked as" since we do not test every item. We charge a buyer's premium of 5% for this auction. We are willing to ship easy to pack non-breakable items. All other items need to be shipped through a third party. We will not ship any high-dollar items to any address other than the billing address. Billing address and shipping address must match. A wire transfer will be required for any transaction of more than $1,500, or any other amount we deem necessary, involving the purchase of coins, gold, silver and similar items. We are willing to assist with additional information you might need but the sooner you ask, the easier and more likely we can respond quickly. All items must be paid and picked up within a week.
