Preview: A Parrott Auction Crew Member / representative will be on-site at the auction location of 2924 Kohlhouse Road, Vincennes, IN 47591 to administer a preview on Friday February 8th from 9 - 12NOON Eastern (Indiana Time) and Thurs. February 28th from 2 - 4 PM Eastern (Indiana Time)
Softclose: This online auction is being sold implementing the "soft close" feature therefore this auction will have a stagger closing time of 2 minutes between lots and 5 minute extension if any items have a bid placed on them in the final 5 minutes of the auction, the time remaining will have an additional 5 minutes automatically added. This can happen several times on one item.
Removal / Load Out: A Parrott Auction Crew Member / representative will be on-site at 2924 Kohlhouse Road, Vincennes, IN 47591 to administer pickup on Saturday March 2nd from 9AM to 2PM Eastern, (the "Removal Date"). No Goods shall be removed until the purchaser's invoice has been paid in full. Please bring all equipment, trailers, tools and man power needed to remove your items. If items are not picked up during that time-frame, other arrangements will be made at a cost of $50 for travel & wages to & from auction site. If items remain after 7 days, other arrangements will be made at a cost of $125 for travel & wages to & from auction site.
Shipping: All Winning bidders who wish for their items to be shipped must make all arrangements. Seller nor auction company will be responsible for making or executing such arrangements. During the registration process, please note if you will be sending a driver(s) who will be responsible for pickup of said items. If no communication in writing occurs, items will not be released, no exceptions.
