We do not accept outside labels due to past fraud. Generally we do not refund shipping cost on product. We do not guarantee when shipping will be sent out. Shipping is typically done after the pick up date. Normally shipping may take 5 days to be shipped out, but may take up to 15 business days due to other auction preparation. Most, if not all, of the vehicles in our auction are either private property impounds, police impounds/accidents or are bought by us from individual sellers whom have a clear title. "FOR THIS REASON, WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE IN PERSON INSPECTION OF ANY VEHICLE YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BIDDING ON!!!" I try to take pictures showing any obvious body damage but pictures can be deceiving, so please come in and take a look at any vehicle that you are interested in bidding on before bidding. **All vehicles are sold in "As Is/Where Is" condition with no warranties of any kind. There will be no refunds on any lot won in our auction for any reason. I will note in the description for each lot whether it is a Mechanic's Lien or a title vehicle. I will also note any information we may know about the mechanical condition of a vehicle in the description for that vehicle. Most of the time we do not have any information about a vehicle since they are usually impounded from private property or police impounds/accidents.
