Summer turining into Fall and Mable found herself out wondering her property of many years, reflecting on the years gone by and the memories accumulated through it all. Mable wondered what would happen to all the items that helped make those memories as she dreamed what the future might look like. Then it bothered her, all these memory producing things just sitting around, going unused could best be used by someone making new memories. Finding just the right home for each of the pieces looking to be treasured. Uncertain of how to find the right person to cherish the items while making memories of their own, Mable contacted JK Auctions and asked how we might help. The result of many front porch and kitchen table discussions can be found in this auction, a life time of treasure offered for you to make treasured memories of your own. Many of them hand selected by Mable herself to depart her homestead and find a new home making new memories. Certainly you will find the easily departed with kitchen pots and pans, and many of the commonly found auction items, but look closer and you will find history, pieces that wish they could tell you a story being passed from one generation to the next. They are Mable's story and they can be your story too !

We are hosting a Business Downsizing Auction featuring previously used equipment. Below are the key details you need to know: Equipment Information Condition: All major equipment items were operational when last used. However, all items are sold “as is where is”. Please refer to the photos provided, as some items may require additional parts to function. Pickup Information Pickup Time: The owner is willing to accommodate pickup times for larger purchases. Please note that we cannot remove any items during store hours. Pickup Date: Pickup is scheduled for Tuesday after the auction, between 8:30 and 10:30 am. If you can not come between this time you MUST contact us prior to bidding , otherwise items will be considered abandoned at failure to pickup . If you do not pick up within the pick up days provided and we do not get a call/message about an alternative date then your items will be forfeited without a refund. All auction items are final sale. If you feel as if your item was not accurately described then you may contact us however, we do not do returns based on buyer's remorse. If we do deem your item returnable you will receive an item equal to the item you won on auction or a store credit for the amount spent on the item. Store credit can only be used for in-store purchases, not on auctions.
