No Appointment Necessary. -------------------------------------------- PICKUP LOCATION: Local pick-up is at our warehouse in Hamlin Industrial Park at 1775 W. Hamlin Rd, Suite B, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 unless otherwise noted.  **We are located to the East of Royce Haley Dr. (Google Maps is wrong sometimes).We are on the front corner of the 3rd building in the Hamlin Industrial Park complex. Pull up to the side of the building near the big garage door.  Storage is not an option as we have limited storage space in our warehouse. If winning bidders do not pick up their won items during the posted dates and times above, items will be considered abandoned and handled per our terms and conditions. The only exceptions are those bidders who are on our 2 week pick up list (this policy still applies after the second week of pickup dates/times) or those who have received confirmation from us that a later pickup date is allowed. WE must hear from you before the last pickup day for the auction. If the auction pick up dates have passed, your items will have been considered abandoned and may no longer be available. -------------------------------------------- SHIPPING: We also ship ELIGIBLE items within the continental US & Canada.. No other international shipping, except Canada. Canadians, please be aware that the actual shipping costs can be expensive for you and you are responsible for any customs or duties fees. Please read Lot 1b for details. Please read all information before bidding. Lots that we can ship will say "Shipping Available". If it does not say this on that specific lot, then WE CAN NOT SHIP the item. It is the bidder's responsibility to make sure their prfile and shipping information is correct in his/her Hibid profile before bidding and before they register for the auction. It cannot be changed or updated once you have registered for that specific auction. -------------------------------------------- PREVIEW OPTIONS: In person: Fridays 10am- 5pm and Saturdays 10am - 2pm, please have your lot numbers ready. There is a 20 minute limit. ITEMS SOLD TO BE PICKED UP AT: 99 Riley Street, Lansford, PA18232 Shipping is available on all lots. Note: If you purchase items from multiple auctions that we hold please check the pickup locations and hours as they differ from auction to auction. PICK UP POLICY: Your HiBid item(s) must be picked up on the Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday following the auction end date. This is also stated in the emailed invoice sent to you from HiBid after auction ended and as indicated in the auction itself. This means you have four (4) business days to pick up your items. PICKUP HOURS AT 99 RILEY STREET LANSFORD PA 18232: - Wednesday 10AM - 2:30PM - THURSDAY 10AM - 2:30PM - FRIDAY: 10AM - 2:30PM - SATURDAY 10AM - 2:30PM If you cannot pick up your items during the pick up days provided, please call the store (570-645-7969) or email to let us know. Please note, that $1 per day/per order storage fee will occur. If you do not pick up by the alternative pick up date given then your item will be forfeited without refund. If you need to extend your alternative date please give us a call but we cannot hold your item for more than two weeks after auction ending. After two weeks your item(s) will be forfeited without refund. If you do not pick up within the pick up days provided and we do not get a call/message about an alternative date then your items will be forfeited without a refund. All auction items are final sale. If you feel as if your item was not accurately described then you may contact us however, we do not do returns based on buyer's remorse. If we do deem your item returnable you will receive an item equal to the item you won on auction or a store credit for the amount spent on the item. Store credit can only be used for in-store purchases, not on auctions.
