Winning bidder must also pay with exact change on pickup. 2) Winning bidder agrees to pay Scheerer McCulloch the full amount of the winning bid amount, the buyer's premium and sales tax (unless a sales tax exemption form is provided to Scheerer McCulloch) on or before the day of the scheduled pickup. Bidders who have not paid by the date of the scheduled pickup will be charged through their registered credit/debit card the day of the pickup day. If the winning bidder's credit card is declined and does not pay for the winning lot(s), Scheerer McCulloch will report the user to Hibid. This may result in a permanent ban from Hibid. All in state firearm purchases: All firearms excluding muzzleloaders will be required to be picked up by buyer on record at a local gun shop of auction companies choice in order to complete necessary background check. The buyer shall be responsible for the transfer fee per firearm, which is payable directly to the FFL at time of transfer. Gun shop has the right to reserve a hold on a firearm until customer gets approved by background check. Firearms will not be released to gun shop UNTIL verified payment has cleared. Firearms will be available for pickup the day following verified payment., excluding checks (10 business days for check to clear).
