Sunday, November 3, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. est AND Wednesday, November 6, 2024 est from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. est at the Shepherd Auctioneers LLC facility. Auction Begins SOFT CLOSING: Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. est Auction PICKUP: There will be two pickup days. Friday, November 8, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. est & Saturday, November 9, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. est. Both pickup days will be at the Shepherd Auctioneers LLC facility. We accept cash OR credit card upon pickup only. If you are paying with a card, you will be charged a 4% credit card fee. This auction will have a 10% Buyers Premium and 7% Sales Tax. Any items not picked up by Wednesday, November 13, 2024 will be considered abandoned. Items with nonpayment will be blocked from future auctions. IF you are needing an item shipped, please contact us directly to see arrangements can be made. ******COINS & CURRENCY must be paid for with cash OR bank wire transfer only. No credit cards nor shipping will be accepted for coins or currency. *****VEHICLES must be paid for with cash OR bank wire transfer unless other arrangments are made prior to bidding. Titles and vehicles will not be released until payment has cleared, unless paying with cash. Vehicles MAY be picked up on Friday, November 8, 2024 by appointment only OR during pickup times on Saturday, November 9, 2024. ****GUNS will be paid for at Shepherd Auctioneers LLC facility on pick up day(s.) Guns will be in posession of a licensed FFL dealer located in Tipton Indiana and available for pickup by appointment with that dealer. There will be a $20 fee PER GUN for paperwork payable to the dealer. IF buyer fails background check, the money paid for the gun to Shepherd Auctioneers LLC will be NONREFUNDABLE. Dealer information will be provided upon payment of item. IF you cannot pass a background check, please do not bid. To purchase a firearm, you must be an Indiana resident. You must also be 18 years old to purchase a long gun or 21 years old to purchase a handgun. If you are under 21 years old, please expect up to a 10 day delay for background check processing****
