Notice is hereby given that the undersigned self-storage units will be sold at a public sale by competitive bidding, in their entirety to the highest bidder to satisfy the lien of the Lessor, with A+ Super Storage, LLC as managing agent for Lessor, for rental and other charges due from the undersigned. The said property has been stored and is located at the respective address below. The sale will be conducted on May 1, 2024, at 7:00pm via online auction. The property to be sold is described as “household items.” A+ Super Storage- 396 Bethel Mine Rd. Caseyville, IL 62232, 618-822-0002 Unit B8 (B108)- Melisa Taylor. This sale may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Certain terms and conditions apply. Must have photo ID to gain access to the facility. All storage units/ items are sold “as is” and without warranties, representations or guarantees. All sales are final. Pickup: Saturday, May 4, 2024, between 9am – 12pm. Rules: Must present photo ID and pay $50 CASH deposit at the office prior to gaining access to the unit. Unit must be in broom swept condition. Failure to clean out the unit in its entirety will result in a loss of your security deposit, and you will be banned from all future auctions at A+ Super Storage.
