Bidding time will be extended if a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes.

Orders exceeding $1,000 may require a bank wire transfer or cash from unknown customers.
Coin and jewelry orders exceeding $500 being shipped require a bank wire transfer which includes a fee.

Payment is due at time of pickup. Accepted payment types: cash, local checks only, credit card. A 10% buyer's premium will be applied to each lot. A 3% convenience fee will be charged for credit card payment. Failure to pickup and complete payment within pickup dates will result in total forfeiture / claim of the item. Possession shall take place after payment is made. Buyer accepts that under no circumstance, will he or she initiate a charge back or request for refund. By submitting a bid, you agree to complete the transaction. All items must be paid in full before removal. Video surveillance is active while the bidding is open, during previews, and during pickup/removal dates.
In-person inspection is encouraged. Item description and statements are for reference only. Condition, authenticity, dimensions, quality, etc. is your responsibility. Statements/descriptions do not represent warranty or guarantee of any kind. Auctioneer & seller is not responsible for errors, omissions or accidents. Buyer and his/her agents assume all risk of liability and hold harmless the auctioneer, seller, and lessor. All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. Auctioneer reserves the right to deny any bidder for any reason and reserves the right to cancel and/or resell any lot. Auctioneer will not be responsible for system/internet failure and is not responsible for loss of internet signal. These items are all preowned and are often subject to temperature changes, humidity, and exposure. This also applies to when items are picked up. Auctioneer, seller, Fairgrounds is not responsible for the condition of any item or lot and not responible for accidents.
Please use caution when handling or operating any auction item, especially power tools. These are preowned and should be thoroughly inspected before operating. You are responsible for determining an item to be safe to use, handle, or operate. The auctioneer, owner, rentor, rented facilities, is not responsible for accidents of any kind, regardless of situation.
Shipping is available for small items only. If an item is marked "no shipping or pickup only", we will not ship. No large items, liquids, or hazardous materials will be shipped. Your mailing address must match your shipping address. A fee of 3.95 will be applied to each lot that needs shipping. You will be charged actual shipping. A 3% credit card convenience fee will be applied to your shipping and handling costs. Buyer is responsible for the cost of postage, insurance, and signature confirmation for all items shipped. Remember, shipping can be very expensive. Don't wait until the last second if you need a shipping quote.
