1. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. All equipment listed will be available for public inspection. Buyers are urged to personally inspect items before bidding. 2. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of 5% will be charged on all equipment.
as well as local sales tax of 7.25% ( if buyer as well as equipment qulifies, Canning Auctions will request you fill a ST587 form out at the time of purchase to which will follow with the charge of sales tax to be remoed but Buyers premium will still apply.

3. You must be eighteen years old or older to register. In order to bid at this auction you will need to register and create a user name and password. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for any and all activity involving their account. Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Bidding rights are provisional and if identity verification is questionalbe, Canning Auctions LLC has the right to reject the registration and bidding activity will be terminated. You agree that all the information you provide during the registration process will be true and accurate. 5.This auction is a soft close auction which means that it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 6:00 p.m. the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 2 more minutes while maybe other items are closing.
6. Bidders understand that this auction is on-line only and bidding relies on devices and programs that may malfunction without warning. In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other auction related technologies, Canning Auctions LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding or close the bidding.
Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a chargeback on his/her credit card.
Declined credit/debit card transactions will be re-attempted twice. After the 2nd attempt items will be considered forfeited and may be re-sold at our discretion.
