1. Registration: Bidders must enter a valid credit card along with contact information including a valid phone number and email address. By registering for this auction, you give Mike Crabtree Auctions, Inc., permission to process your credit card for items purchased on this online auction. There will be a $1.00 charge to your card for verification that will be refunded.
2. Buyers Premium: A 12% internet fee will be charged to each buyer as a "Buyers Premium".
3. Payment: Your credit card will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction for the entire amount of purchases with the exception of local buyers. Local buyers may pay with cash or local check. A 3.9% fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
4. Checkout: This is an online only auction, DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK YOUR ITEMS UP DURING THE CHECKOUT TIME!!! ALL ITEMS LEFT AT THE END OF CHECKOUT WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONDED BY THE BUYER AND WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF MIKE CRABTREE AUCTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT PICK YOUR ITEMS UP, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AT THE END OF CHECKOUT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Mike Crabtree will NOT remove items for customers or hold items after the date of checkout!!
5. You must contact Mike crabtreeoutdoors@yahoo.com, before the close of auction if you require shipping. Mike Crabtree Auctions does NOT handle shipping services but uses a third-party shipping company. You must contact shipping company with any questions regarding shipping. 6. Pickup of purchased items: YOU MUST EMAIL, TEXT OR CALL Mike BEFORE THE PICKUP TO SCHEDLUE YOUR PICKUP TIME OR YOU WILL WAIT UNTIL AN AUCTION EMPLOYEE IS ABLE TO HELP YOU FIND YOUR ITEMS. Mike crabtreeoutdoors@yahoo.com 217-473-2507. Bidders are responsible for their own removal of items. The auction company staff does not provide moving services or tools. Please be prepared to move all of your purchases by yourself or bring your own help. Any items NOT picked up during the set time of checkout, will be considered abandoned by the bidder and will become property of the auction company, NO EXCEPTIONS!! Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid receipt.
7. Bidding errors: Please review all bids before submitting. We will not remove any bids after the auction has begun to close.
8. Winning Bidder notification: You will be contacted by email ONLY at the end of auction close if you are the winning bidder. You are responsible for checking your email, including spam folder, and for providing a valid email to the auction company. You will receive and emailed invoice within 2 hours of auction close. The auction company is not responsible for bidders not checking email and missing a pickup/checkout time. Items will still be considered abandoned by the bidder. If you believe that you won an item but did not receive and invoice within 2 hours of auction close, you must email the auction company within 24 hours of the close, crabtreeoutdoors@yahoo.com
9. Auction description: Please inspect the lot numbers and read item descriptions. You are bidding on the described item, not the photograph. Occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed or the photo may also depict other items that are not included. Always read the item description.
10. Warranty & Condition of items sold: All items are sold "As-Is". Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. All local buyers are encouraged to attend viewing days to inspect items themselves.
11. Damage: Any damage caused by a buyer during the preview, or during the removal is at the expense of the Buyer.
12. Auctioneer, Auction Employees and Sellers are not responsible for accidents, omissions, errors, theft or misrepresentations.
13. Buyers agree that they have reviewed and agree to all terms and conditions of this auction. The terms and conditions constitute an enforceable and binding electronic agreement upon their electronic acceptance by the Bidder. By accepting these terms and conditions, the Bidder also grants permission to Mike Crabtree Auctions, Inc. to process the credit card on file for any purchases made on this online auction.
