1.) All Sales are Final. Chandler's Auction House will attempt to provide accurate description of all items, however, does not guarantee, imply or warranty any item, and should be considered AS-IS. Please do your due diligence through our preview periods. Exceptions are items designated New in Box (NIB), which may be opened and inspected prior to being picked up, and once picked up, may not be returned and no refund will be issued.
2.) All sales, including out of state shipping, are subject to 6.00% PA Sales Tax unless provided with a PA sales tax exemption prior to payment. This is the buyers responsibility to provide to Chandler's Auction House prior to payment processing. Once payment is processed, we will refund sales tax, upon receiving a valid tax exempt form, less 10% of the Sales Tax.
3.) It is the buyers responsibility to arrange the pick up of winning bids during our pick up times. Items not picked up during the scheduled Auction Pick Up times will be subject to a $1.00 Per Lot Per Day storage fee. Any item not picked up within 3 days will be considered abandoned, and shall become the property of Chandler's Auction House, unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
4.) All monies owed Chandler's Auction House shall be paid prior to items being picked up.
5.) There is a 15% Buyers Premium, with a 3% Cash Discount if paid with Cash during the scheduled Pickup Times. Bidder must notify us prior to checkout if they would like to pay cash.
6.) Payment will be processed using the registered Credit Card at the conclusion of the sale, and any shipping charges or other fees will be added and charged as they are incured.
7.) We will ship any item(s) that can fit into a shippable box at true retail cost with a $5 per package and $1 per lot handling fee. We will combine lots if possible. Max Package Girth is 96" and Max Package weight is 70lbs. Shipping may take up to 7 Days from Checkout. It is the buyers repsonsibilty to arrange shipping for large items. We reserve the right to use a third party packing company, and the true cost of packaging will be charged in addition to our fees.
7A.) In the Event there is damage to an Item(s) that have shipped, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. We MUST have pictures of every side of the package, the packing slips, and the broken items. Once the claim has been filed, the shipping carrier will handle the rest. We have no control of shipping companies, and we do not guarantee, warranty or insure that items will make it to you intact.
