This is our May Multi-Consignor Online Only Auction. Consignors include: Ben Lueken, Robert Goble Trust, and Jim Dunn. Items in the auction include: Terry Redlin prints, Pyrex, farm toys, collectibles, furniture, hunting items, kitchen items, & MUCH MORE! Items will begin to end at 5:30pm Illinois time on Tuesday, May 28th.
AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS All of our items are sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" with no guarantees expressed or implied of any kind. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over written material. The auction will be running from now through Tuesday, May 28th. Items will begin to end at 5:30pm Central on the 28th. An item will end every 20 seconds. If an item is bid on within two minutes of its ending, bidding will be extended 2 minutes for that item. By bidding, you are agreeing that you have read and accept all of our terms and conditions expressed and implied, and are entering a legal and binding contract. You must be 18 years of age or older to bid in this auction. We do not accept bidders from outside the United States. As of January 1st, 2022, all bidders will be individually approved by Knowles Auction Service before being able to bid. Approval for bidding will be at the discretion of Knowles Auction Service based on past bidding history and ratings from other auction companies among other things. We will only be approving bidders up to the time the first item in the auction closes. As in all of our auctions, auction personnel will be allowed to bid and pay for their purchases. Keep in mind, all of the items in our auctions are in used condition unless otherwise stated. We have described these items to the best of our ability. Expect some wear, scratches, dents, dings, and damage that cannot be seen in our pictures, so BUYER BEWARE and use your best judgement. All measurements listed are approximate. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Checks will be ran through our check guarantee machine before items can be removed from the sale location. PayPal is not an accepted form of payment PERIOD. All purchases of $200 or more will require payment through Cash, Check (subject to check clearing), or Postal Money Order. The Bidder grants Knowles Auction Service a standing authorization to charge the Bidder's credit card for any and all costs, fees, buyer's premiums and storage disposal fees, as well as for any other costs, charges, and/or fees incurred. If you require shipping, let us know as soon as possible. Payment for purchases will be required before quoting of shipping can begin. Once we have shipping and handling costs figured, we will charge your card for shipping and handling. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please expect a handling fee of at least $5/shipping box on all shipments. Shipping cost will be based on actual costs through USPS, UPS, & FedEx. All packages will be shipped with insurance. NO EXCEPTIONS The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the buyer or immediately put the item back up for sale again. The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes. Knowles Auction Service reserves the right to end, stop, or cancel the auction at any time if necessary. Knowles Auction Service and its employees are not responsible for accidents. Seller and Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means, therefore they cannot guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service as the website could be interfered with by means out of their control.
