Any lots that are unpaid for, or paid for and not picked up, or shipping charges not paid for, will be considered abandoned property and ownership reverts back to the auctioneer. 6. All sales are final. Lots may not be returned / refunded for ANY reason. Schmidt Auctions assumes no responsibility for any items once sold. 7. In-House Shipping is available; you pay actual postage plus a $5 handling charge per box for reasonably sized orders. Orders with large quantities of lots or lots that are excessively large, heavy or bulky we reserve the right to use a third party shipping service to pack these orders such as UPS at the expense of the winning bidder.

LOCAL PICKUP - We will be onsite in Pottstown, PA 19464 Tuesday 5/28 from 10am-6pm and Wed 5/29 from 10am-5pm please make an appointment at www.schmidtauctions.com and we will give you the pick up address details. In-House Shipping is available; Shipping Orders - Please let us know if you will require shipping. Shipping orders begin on the Tuesday following a sale close and will continue to ship all week until all orders are satisfied. We charge a $5 handling/supplies fee per box packed. We do combine lots whenever possible and ship using the most affordable rate available through our multiple shipping partners. When we have you order packed we will charge your card, print the label and send. We charge actual postage and our handling fee as stated above.
