Bidding & Soft Close: Bidding of 1st lot will end at 4:00PM on Thursday June 6th 2024 with each subsequent lot closing 30 seconds after the prior lot. A soft close will be used. If a bid is received in the last 2 minutes of the lot offering the lot will be extended another 2 minutes--PLEASE note this will not affect the other items in the sale. You can bid each time yourself or simply enter a max bid and the auction software will bid competitively up to your maximum. In the event of tied maximum bid, the winner will be the bidder with the bid entered first.
All invoices totaling $5,000 or less will be charged to credit/debit card on file at the conclusion of the auction. Invoices of $5,000 or more may be paid via cash, check, credit/or debit card, or wire transfer. All invoices must be paid in full prior to pick-up or no later than Monday June 10th @ 4PM
Pick-up Saturday June 8th th from 8:30AM to 10AM at 4235 Prairie Rd., Washington C.H., OH, 43160 Items in barns pick-up requiring appointment by auctioneer at any other date will be a $20 surcharge to buyer, paid at time appointment is made. Any lots remaining on site after June 10, 2024 will be forfeited with no money returned to buyer unless you have made previous arrangements with auctioneers.
There is no loading equipment on site. If you need loading equipment please bring your own.
15% Buyer’s Premium. No sales tax excepting truck which is paid when title transfer.

All items are being sold as-is where-is. Buyers shall either satisfy themselves to condition through personal inspection or waive their right to a personal inspection prior to the sale.
