Auction Terms & Conditions. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS OR YOU WILL MISS IMPORTANT INFORMATION! Preview is by appointment only in Morrisville, PA 19067. If you wish to preview any items, please send a request through the "Contact" tab at https://www.cadeauctions.com. We will contact you to set up an appointment. We reserve the right to withdraw any item(s) prior to sale. Buyer's Premium of 20% will be added to the hammer price of each individual item sold. The Buyer's Premium is retained by the auctioneer and is non-refundable. 6% PA Sales Tax to the total gross taxable amount of invoice. The Sales Tax will not be charged to buyers with a valid PA Sales Tax Exemption. To establish yourself as a Pennsylvania Tax-Exempt buyer you must provide us with a copy of your valid reseller's certificate. Any person claiming tax exemption but is unable to provide proof will be required to pay Pennsylvania Sales Tax. Sales tax will not be assessed on items shipped outside of Pennsylvania. Domestic shipping only is available. Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card registered with HiBid for bidding approval. Payment Options: Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMEX, ACH/Wire Transfer or Cash at Pickup. There is no surcharge for credit card payments and no discount for cash payment. First time buyers, payments for invoices over $1000 to be made in cash or ACH/Wire transfer only. For established customers payments for invoices over $3000 to be made in case or ACH/Wire transfer only. Banking details will be provided when necessary. We will charge the credit card you have registered with HiBid at the beginning of the 2nd business day after conclusion of the auction, unless you have previously notified us you will be picking up and paying cash. Please verify that the credit card you have on file with HiBid is a good card. If full payment is not made or if credit card is declined for any reason, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears, otherwise the item(s) are declared abandoned by you with no further claims to ownership by you and no return of funds. We are providing Shipping Services on most items for this auction. We will not provide shipping services on items that include "No Shipping" in title. If you are not able to pickup, you must advise us or contact a 3rd Party Shipper to pick up items on your behalf. We will email you with the total cost of shipping within 2 business days of the end of the auction. Items will only be shipped or released to a third party shipping once payment is made via credit card so make sure your credit card information is current and valid in Hibid. Once items are picked up by a buyer or a buyer's representative, the items are the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds, credits or chargebacks will be permitted on items that have been released to the buyer or the buyer's representative. By removing your items or having a representative remove them, the buyer releases any and all claims and certifies that they accept the items as they are at time of pickup and that is the same condition as in the auction listing. All items are sold AS-IS, as pictured, with no guarantee express or implied. Unless otherwise noted, all items are assumed to be in USED condition. All items not paid for or picked up within 10 days will be resold or disposed of and any sale dollar amounts will be kept for storage costs. All sales are final. There are no returns or right of refusal. All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. There are No Credit Card Chargebacks accepted for this auction - all items are sold as-is and cannot be returned or refused delivery. If you are unable to personally inspect the items then you must rely on the photographs provided. If you would like additional photographs of items to confirm condition then you must request by contacting the auctioneer at least 3 days prior to the close of the auction. The auctioneer will make best efforts to supply additional photos. Please note that by bidding you are accepting these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will be provided to your credit card provider if a chargeback is attempted. Winners of Local Pickup items will be provided with a pickup address when pickup date/time is arranged. You will be provided a link to schedule pickup via email / text from Shipping Saint within 2 days of the close of the auction. If you do not receive a link, check your SPAM file or Contact us to schedule your pickup at 609.349.9267. Pickup location for this auction will be within the Morrisville, PA 19067 Postal Service area. Domestic shipping is also available on many items. Shipping costs (typically via UPS or USPS at standard retail rates) with handling/materials charge will be provided within 3 business days of the close of the auction. A handling charge of $5 for the first won lot and $1 for each additional lot is charged on top of USPS or UPS retail rates, items ship insured at buyer's expense. Oversize items, such as Art Work may incur an additional packaging surcharge to ensure safe shipping. We will consolidate items for shipping when that can be done safely for items being shipped, multiple shipments may be needed for multiple lot purchases. We will not provide shipping services on items that include "No Shipping" in title. For those items, if you are not local, you must contact 3rd party shipper to arrange for shipping. Shipments with purchase value over $250 will require adult signature on delivery. We reserve the right to withdraw any item(s) prior to sale. We reserve the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder, acknowledged by the auctioneer, will be the purchaser. If we are prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason, from delivering any item(s) to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid by the purchaser and, under no circumstances, include any incidental or consequential damages. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and/or extend the auction to another date and/or time. The auctioneer is not responsible for any local power failures or internet disruption before, during or after the auction. Reserves: Items in this auction may be subject to reserve (the confidential minimum price for which an item may be sold). If a lot is offered with reserve, we may implement that reserve by bidding on behalf of the consignor up to the amount of that reserve. The auctioneer is not permitted to make the opening bid on this item. If no opening bid is received, we will pass the item. Once the auction is over, if you have won an item, your registered credit card will be charged unless you have notified us that you will pick up your item(s) and are paying cash. Registering to bid constitutes your acceptance of all aforementioned terms. By bidding you agree to be bound by all these terms and conditions. No exceptions!
