Preview of items in person is SATURDAY JUNE 22nd from 10am-12pm cst or by appointment. Auction will start closing on FRIDAY JUNE 28th at 6pm CST. Load out day is SATURDAY JUNE 29th from 9am-3pm CST at 109 OFFERMAN RD. AMASA, MI. SECOND ROAD ON THE RIGHT PAST THE RR TRACKS. This auction features an automatic extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of the lot closing, bidding will extend for another 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed. This will continue until no bids are registered in final 2 minutes. Lots will start closing at 6pm CST on JUNE 27th. The closing of lots is staggered. *UPON REGISTRATION YOU HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED AND AGREED TO THE TERMS BELOW WITH NO EXCEPTIONS* A 15% buyers fee and applicable sales tax are applied to all purchases. Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted. There is no shipping. All items must be picked up between the hours listed above. No storage is available. If you fail to make arrangements for pickup or do not pick items up during the hours listed above, items will be considered abandoned and you forfeit your rights to the items, even though you were charged. There will be no boxes, packing material or help to hauling items, so bring your own materials and people to help you move your purchases. The credit card you used to register with will be charged after the auction for the lots that you were the high bidder. If you want to arrange to use another payment method, let us know in the "notes to the auctioneer" when you register. All items are sold "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, value, authenticity, age or any other determining factors they deem important. Viewing items in person is recommended.
