Items can be previewed on Friday June 21st from 12:00 to 3:00pm or with prior arrangements with the auctioneer and agreement with the consignor. 3. Payment and Pickup will be made on location at 1069 Sun Valley Road, Irwin PA 15642 on Sunday, June 30th 10:00am to 5:00pm 4. There is a 13 % buyers premium for winning bids 5. Winning bids will receive an invoice after the close of the auction with the exact address for pickup or details for shipping. Payment is due at the time of pick up on Sunday June 30th. Credit cards, cash and wire transfer are accepted. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. 6. A 3% Fee will be charged for CC users. 5% for American Express. 7. In addition, the Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller and HIT Auctions LLC and their respective agents, servants and employees of and from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expenses, personal injury or death of any person or persons arising out of, or relating to the removal of the above described Property.
