By bidding on this auction the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth and enters into a contractual agreement to purchase the item(s) under the following terms and conditions.
2. All winning bids require payment before items are removed from the sale location. There is a 4% processing fee for all credit card transactions. If you wish to pay Cash, Check w/ID at time of pickup, there are no additional processing fees. All credit cards must be brought to the pick-up location to be charged before the removal of items.
3.12% Buyers Premium will be charged on your total purchases, please factor into your bidding.
4. All Items sell "AS IS WHERE IS" . Buyer should satisfy themselves to the condition of all items regardless of description, please review all photos and descriptions of items. We strive to do our best in accurately describing and taking photos of all items to helping you determine the value of each item. Buyer is responsible for paying for all items before removing them from auction location, no refunds or credit card charge backs will be granted.
5. Please bring any packing material and boxes that you may require. Assistance or equipment to assist with loading are the responsibility of the purchaser. All tools and help for removing items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
6. All items not picked up during scheduled pick-up time will be considered abandoned, unless other arrangements are made prior to bidding, total balance due will be charged to credit card on file and items will be resold unless other arrangements are made with the company.
7. Shipping is available on all lots in this auction. A $3.00 charge per box plus shipping will be added.
8. In the event of technical difficulties related to the server, software, or internet, Kinser Auction Service Online reserves the right to extend bidding, continue bidding, or close bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Kinser Auction Online shall be held responsible for the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
9. Kinser Auction Online reserves the right to refuse or reject the bidding of any buyer that is not in the best interest of the seller
10. By registering for this auction you allow Kinser Auction Online to send out email notices of future auctions and upcoming details. Kinser Auction Online will never send you spam or emails not directed towards future auctions of their own.
