20% Buyer's Premium, 7% Indiana Sales Tax (unless you have a current retail merchant's certificate) Items will sell online and begin to end at 7:00pm on Sunday, June 14th. Lots will be staggered and have a soft close (2 minutes additional added time to lots that have bids come in during final 2 minutes, until all bidding has been done). Pick-up/Payment Day will be on Tuesday, June 16th from 1-7pm. All items must be removed on this day, no exeptions. Please bring help to move furniture and pack materials for any small that you may purchase. Payment can be made in cash, Check with ID, or by Credit Card (AmEx, MC, Visa, Discover). ***All payments to be made day of Pick-Up. ***We only ship small lots. If you want to bid on something that you would need shipped, please contact auctioneer ahead of time and see if we are will to do that particular item. We will also take purchases to a 3rd party shipper for anything that we are not able to ship for you. Thank you for your understanding this policy. We take cash, personal check with ID, and credit cards (AmEx, MC, Visa, Discover) as forms of payment. Buyer's Premium is 20% and Indiana Sales Tax is 7%. Please let me know if you have a Retail Merchants Certificate and I will take off Sales Tax. Thanks!
If you see a small item you are interested in, please ask if we would ship it before bidding. I am much more likely to ship something if a buyer asks, than I am if someone buys something without asking. We do reserve the right to not ship an item, if the buyer hasn't asked ahead of time. I do not like having to have this policy, but I also don't like dealing with ridiculous purchases that a person is never going to want to ship (due to costs mostly).
