REGISTER TO BID - All persons Interested in participating in this auction must complete and sign a registration form and provide proper identifaction.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age to register for a bid number.
Drake Auction Company reserves the right to refuse any on-line or in person bids.
ABSENTEE BIDS - Auction Company does except absentee bids for those who choose not to bid on-line however, absentee bidders are subject to the same taxes and fees as those who bid on-line.
BIDDER AGREEMENT: By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
By placing a bid you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to all of the Auction Companies terms and condition.
CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD - Understand that all items offered in this auction are being sold in "AS IS / WHERE IS" condition with all faults. All descriptions believed to be accurate however, Drake Auction Company offers no guarantees, warranties, returns, refunds or exchanges of any kind and bidder inspection is encouraged.
The Auction Company does not imply the condition of any item being offered and it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to know what they are bidding on and the condition of that item.
Make certain to email question and look the photos over before placing a bid. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
BUYERS PREMIUM - A 15% buyers premium will be added to the final sale price of each item. We now offer a 3% discount for CASH payment. Must make us aware before we charge your credit card.
SALES TAX - In compliance with Indiana State Law, we are required to collect 7% sales tax on the final sale price of all purchases unless buyer has provided the auction company with a completed and valid sales tax exemption form. A valid Resale Tax Certificate must be supplied to the Auction Company before we have charged your credit card.
RESERVES - In compliance with Indiana State Law, ALL items offered are subject to reserve unless stated otherwise.
PAYMENT INFORMATION - U.S. Currency only in the form of: CASH, M/C, VISA, & DISCOVER.

Winning bidders credit card will be charged and an online receipt will be emailed immediately following the completion of the auction. Pick up schedule will be sent shortly after.
FAILURE TO PAY FOR ITEMS - Buyers who fail to complete full payment of purchases will be responsible for any and all fees incurred to the Auction Company for the items purchased.
Bidders who fail to follow through with payment for their puchases will also forfeit their right to participate in future auctions.
PICKUP SCHEDULE - Please use the schedule link to set a time for pickup.
Please contact the auction company if special arrangements are needed.
Items cannot be picked up until they have been fully paid for nor before the completion of the auction.
All items must be picked up no later than the date specified on the pickup schedule unless you have made other arrangements with us.
Item's not picked up by the specified times will be forfeited to the Auction Company. No exception, No refunds.
SHIPPING / PICKUP INFORMATION - All items must be paid for prior to being shipped or picked up.
We offer shipping on certain (not all) lots so make sure that shipping is available for the item your interested in.
U.S. shipping only (NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING)
Buyers need to inform the Auction Company if they intend to have their items shipped.
Shipping charges will be applied once your items are ready to ship.
There is a minimum $5.00 handling fee applied to the shipping charges on all items shipped.
Handling fee is dependent on the size of the item as well as the difficulty in packing.
All items shipped will require insurance (NO Exceptions). Should an item be damaged or lost in transit it will be up to the bidder to handle the claim. Auction Company will help with any paperwork needed to recover loss.
We will work hard to get your items in transit as soon as possible however, shipping times are dependent on the size of the item and auction. It can take up to two weeks for larger auctions.
PACKING SUPPLIES & LABOR FOR PICKUP - Make sure to bring boxes, wrapping, tools and labor if needed when picking your items up. / These will not be supplied by the Auction Company.
FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS - All items must be removed on the specified pickup dates provided in the auction listing unless you have made special arrangements with us. Any item not picked up after the provided pickup dates will be forfeited by the buyer.
LIABILITY - Drake Auctions assumes no responsibility for any bidders purchases after the sale is complete.
Drake Auctions is not responsible for accidents during preview hours, live auction time or during pickup time.
SYSTEM FAILURES - Drake Auctions reserves the right to cancel and / or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
