We offer a 72-hr warranty on some items. Please see the conditions stated below for which items are eligible. The 72-hr warranty will start on the day you receive the items but does not apply to items received 7 days after the auction closing date. All items in the auction will be labeled in one of the following categories: Like New: These items are believed to be unused and complete. Items labeled with this condition will be eligible for a full refund paid in cash. Refunds may be given at the discretion of the auctioneer. Open Box Tested or Not Tested: These items are considered to have been opened and may or may not have been used. We have not verified all parts. You may test the item before leaving the premises. If it does not work you may be eligible for a return. Once the item leaves our premises we will no longer accept said item as a return. AS-IS: Not returnable for any reason. The item may be damaged, used, non-working, or incomplete. Shipping Items: Refunds may be given for items labeled New and Open box tested but buyer must pay return shipping costs. All descriptions are believed to be accurate, but are not warranted. Country Green Auction company attempts to inspect and accurately describe all items, but bidder due diligence is required. If you are not able to inspect items during dates setup you may contact Country Green Auctioneering to schedule a time suitable. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All lots sold at auction are final. If you are the winning bidder you must pay for them. Pickup for this auction is on 10/1 & 10/2 between the hours of 9am - 6pm Once the auction has ended bidders are responsible for the items they won. Any item not picked up on the primary pickup day will need to be picked up at our Mt. Pleasant Mills location. You will have one week after the auction to pay and pickup items. If you do not pick up or fail to contact Country Green Auctioneering to make arrangements to pick up or ship we will assume you are forfeiting the items you won. In such case we will dispose of the items in a manner we deem best. If you are not able to pick up at the designated times you must make other arrangements by contacting the auction company. Country Green Auction Company is offering limited shipping on this auction. Each lot will be designated if shipping is available. You will receive an email with the total shipping charges once the items have been packaged. Failure to pay and or pickup items could result in being restricted in bidding in future auctions. We also may share non-paying bidder information with other auction companies. Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be added to the final amounts. If you are a tax exempt you must contact Country Green Auctions prior to checkout and provide appropriate documentation. Once the auction is completed an invoice will be issued to all winning bidders. Payment can be made at pick up in the form of cash or a check (for checks must be a Pennsylvania residence any returned checks will receive a $30 fee for insufficient funds). Additionally, we accept online payments via Paypal. There will be instructions on the invoice to proceed if paying by paypal. We are not setup to accept credit cards online or in person. Payment Terms
Once the auction is completed an invoice will be issued to all winning bidders. Payment can be made at pick up in the form of cash or a check (for checks must be a Pennsylvania residence $30 charge for returned checks). Additionally, we accept online payments via Paypal only or you can pay with Credit Card by calling. There will be a link on the invoice to proceed with processing through paypal.
Shipping is available on a lot by lot basis. If requesting to bid on a lot that is not designated for shipping and you need shipping, contact auction company prior to bidding. We typically use UPS or USPS depending on which is least expensive. Once your package is packed and ready for shipping you will receive an email with the shipping cost.
