Auction Terms & Conditions Please plan to inspect the items in person before bidding. A physical inspection is encouraged and suggested. All items sold as-is where-is with no warranties expressed or implied. Let your inspection be your guide.
When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agree that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancelations will not be accepted. By registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds and agree relinquish any right to credit card charge backs.
All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights.
Since all items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding. Bid It 2 Win It Auctions expressly disclaims the accuracy of information such as model numbers, capacities, quantities, condition, etc. Please plan on viewing the items in person before bidding. Each of our auctions will have a published preview and inspection day.
The first lot will close at 1:00 pm with consecutive lots closing each 30 seconds so the last lots will close within a few hours. We utilize extended bidding - if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for 1 minute. Once all of the bidding on that lot has stopped the lot will be sold.
A physical inspection of the items is encouraged before bidding - please plan to inspect the items in person on the preview date and time.
A REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE ON THE PROPERTY DURING THE DAY OF PREVIEW,
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE PREVIEW. YOU CAN ALSO DO A FACETIME CALL.

UPON END OF AUTION, ONLY THE 15% BUYER'S PREMIUM WILL BE CHARGED ON CREDIT CARD.
ALL BALANCES WILL NEED TO BE PAID WITHIN 3 DAYS BY BANK CHECK, BANK WIRE TRANSFER, OR CASH.
