Location: The Online Center by Krile Auction --- 101 South Cedar St., Strasburg, IL
Directions: Off Rt. 32 in Strasburg, IL - Go East on Commercial St (At Marathon Gas Station) 2 Block -- Watch for Sale Signs. Note: This is NOT at Krile Auction Center that is on Rt. 32 where we conduct in person auctions.
Bidders may view items on Sunday, November 3: 12 Noon - 2 PM. No other viewing times available.
Soft Close will be 3 minutes. If there is a bid made during the 3 minute close, the closing clock will reset at 3 minutes. Once all bidding has ceased and the 2 minute clock hits 0, bidding will be closed and the highest bidder will be the winner of the lot.
This is an online only auction. No in person or absentee bidding. There are a few items the seller has placed a reserve on. She reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
Terms: Cash or Credit Card. Cash payments must be made at time of pickup and all items must be paid in full. Bidder is to email Krile Auction at krileauction@gmail.com if said bidder wishes to pay cash. If Krile Auction is not notified by Thursday, November 7 at 5 pm, the bidders credit card on file will be charged. There is no shipping on items paid for in cash. If shipping, credit cards will be charged full invoice, shipping cost, and a $5 per lot handling fee. There is a 10% buyer's premium on all purchases. All sales are final. No credit card charge backs will be allowed. We accept Visa and Mastercard. If buyer does not pay by end of the pickup day, the buyer will be considered in default of contract. Seller will then have the right to resell the item(s) in any way she wishes. Any large debts defaulted on by a seller will be litigated in Shelby County, IL.
Pickup date: Sunday, November 10: 12 Noon - 3 PM. or Monday, November 11: 8 am - 10 am. Before bidding, please make sure these pickup dates work for you if you plan to pick up items. After, Thursday, November 14, items will be considered in default and will be given back to seller. There will be no refunds if buyer has not either picked up the purchased items during pickup times or has asked Krile Auction to ship the item within 2 days after auction completion.
Shipping: Please allow up to two weeks for shipping. Buyer assumes all shipping risks. It is highly recommended that buyer's find time to pick up their purchased items. Krile Auction must be notified within 24 hours if buyer wishes shipping. Shipping will be done at USPS and buyer will pay insurance on the total invoice price of item(s).
Krile Auction has put every effort to list and picture all the items with accurate descriptions. However, everything sells, as is, where is, without warranty or garauntee. Bidders responsible for own due dillegence.
Bidding rights are provisional and Krile Auction reserves the right to deny any bidder registration. Bidders are responsible for any activitiy issued under their registration. It is highly recommended to not share your user name or password.
Maximum Bid: When bidder enters max bid price, the bid does not automatically advance to that bid. It will advance to the next open bid.
In the event of technical issues, Krile Auction reserves the right to extend the auction as they see fit.
