There are a few missing or detached pieces on a few trains and/or buildings. We tried to note this in descriptions, but cannot guarantee we got them all, so please look carefully.

* Your bid is a contract. Please bid only if you intend to pay for your item.
* Your card may be charged $1 when you register to authenticate the card; however, the charge will not remain on your card.

* Buyer's premium 10% if paying with cash at pickup, additional 5% will be added for all credit card payments (total of 15%)
* No sales tax charged for this auction.
* Shipping available on many items. Please review item description to confirm availability as many items INCLUDING MOST BUILDINGS are pick up only and must be picked up in Wooster, OH.
* Shipping is expensive especially for large, heavy items like those in this auction. Please consider that when placing bids for items that you will need to have shipped.
* Please allow 5 - 7 days after the auction for packing and shipping to be calculated and invoiced.
* Handling fee of $7 PER LOT, plus cost of packaging material, insurance, signature confirmation, and shipping cost to be paid by buyer prior to shipment. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping after you select shipping vs. pick up. Shipping address MUST match the address associated with credit card used for payment.
* If you are the winning bidder, you will receive 2 emails the day after the auction from Shipping Saint. One email will include the invoice for items you won. The second email will request you to select pickup or shipping for your items.
*All buyers outside of US or Canada will be contacted after the auction to set up payment by wire only (USD) and will be charged an additional wire transfer fee.
*If you are paying by credit card, please pay the invoice through Shipping Saint.
*If you are picking up and plan to pay with cash, please bring exact change as noted on your invoice.
*If you are picking up, but plan to pay with credit card, please pay online via the invoice sent by Shipping Saint prior to pickup. Credit cards cannot be accepted at pickup.
*If you select shipping, you must pay for your item(s) by credit card. After paying for your item(s), you will receive an additional invoice for shipping including $7 handling PER LOT plus cost of shipping.
* Pick up at the Wayne County Fairgrounds, 199 Vanover St., Wooster, OH (Round Grange Building)
* If you do not pick up your item(s) within the scheduled pick up time or do not pay for shipping within 7 days of the close of the auction, your items will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued for cost of the item(s)
