Mid-Ohio Estate Solutions Reserves the Right to refuse service to any bidders for any reason(s). All bidders are required to be registered and provide a valid credit card upon registration. If a bidder does not show up for a pick-up during the designated time or make shipping arrangements before the end of the pick-up window, That Bidder's Bidding Rights will be discontinued for any future Auctions conducted by Mid-Ohio Estate Solutions.

Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Mid-Ohio Estate Solutions, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of Mid-Ohio Estate Solutions is Final.
*Indemnification: Buyer agrees to indemnify Mid-Ohio Estate Solutions, its affiliates, and/or clients for any damages or losses. Buyer will not hold Mid-Ohio Estate Solutions, its owners, affiliates, clients or its employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.
Inspection date: 11/7/2024 from 10AM until 2pm. You must bring all testing equipment including amps, extension cord, headphones, media etc. We can provide electrical outlet and that is about all.
If you require shipping, please email us storageauctionguy@outlook.com with your address and what winning lots you won. We will then send a new invoice and have the items sent. There is a flat $10 handling fee PER won item (example, If you win 10 items the handling fee will be $100) and we will use USPS/UPS to give the most economical combined shipping amount.
We offer in house shipping and we will work with you on larger items to take to the local shipper that you arrange (you have to contact us and them and arrange most everything in this case and we can drop the item off for you). Again it is crucial that you do your homework about shipping. Once the item has been won and billed it is now your responsibility to arrange packing and shipping before the pickup date.
There is a $1 credit card registration fee that is deposited back to the bidder. At the close of the auction creditcard on file will be charged for the winning amount plus a buyer's premium of 15%. If you need shipping please contact us !
Pickup: 11/11/2024 at 508 Bissman Court Mansfield Ohio from 10AM -5pm.
All items not picked up at pickup dates will forfeit possession.
